What You'll Do at Pega: - Collaborate and partner with digital engineering managers, stakeholders and technology peers to develop strategic project plans.
- Capture requirements and current state business processes to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Become the functional subject matter expert for key web applications.
- Help coordinate quality control and continuous delivery efforts across teams and stakeholders.
- Create clear documentation using appropriate artifacts (process flow diagrams, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, etc.).
- Assist teams with change management to ensure adoption of process and technology changes.
- Distill complex problems, ideas, and proposals into relevant documents and presentations as needed; present to business partners, peers, and leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

- Experience communicating technical subjects to non-technical audiences.

What You've Accomplished: - 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis and/or Business Operations experience in an engineering or IT environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
