We're seeking a Systems Analyst to join the team to support implementation efforts in a Guidewire Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement improvements within existing and new business systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current and new implementation processes and suggest improvements
- Identify effective solutions for software system implementation challenges
- Monitor system performance and report any changes or progress
- Document common implementation issues, questions, and patterns
- Recommend solutions for optimizing and restructuring business procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is required
- Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business process improvement and system implementation
