Job Title: Business Analyst IV

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Duration: 12 months contract

Hourly Pay Range: $75.00-$80.00 on w2 without benefits

Summary: The Business Analyst - Technical Solutions will work closely with both the operational and technical teams to clearly define the scope and feasibility of technical requests. This role will facilitate better communication and collaboration, ensuring that technical solutions are both practical and aligned with business objectives. The Business Analyst will report to the Business Transformation Specialist but will also at times be coordinated by the Business Operations Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitate technical request scoping in partnership with operational and technical teams

- Translate technical solution requests into business requirements for technical teams

- Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Monitor technical requests for status, scope, prioritization, and resource changes

- Work closely with TPMs to track request progress and remove impediments

- Own and facilitate LTS + GSCO communication channels

- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for technical solutions to support business objectives

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are aligned with operational goals

- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and reliability in technical solution scoping and implementation.

- Time Management: Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time efficiently.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field

- Experience working closely with both operational and technical teams

- Experience with project management and technical feasibility assessments
