Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience working on large programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and writing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to support a large-scale program. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are met, and that the business requirements are translated into effective solutions. This role can pay between 50-60 hourly depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline (project based)

Experience working on Agile Scrum and/or hybrid projects (heavier scrum)

Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps(ADO preferred) for requirement documentation.

SQL experience will be a plus but not mandatory.

Experience organizing the Product Backlog based on the prioritization provided by the Product Owner.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Must be a collaborator. DevOps(ADO preferred) for requirement documentation.
