Salary conversion of $120,000 to $140,000 Position Summary: We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Business Analyst to join our team, bringing 5-8+ years of consulting experience and a strong foundation in business. In this role, you'll partner with life sciences companies-ranging from startups to established firms-to tackle complex challenges using data-driven strategies. You'll play a key part in project execution, strategic planning, and client engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do: - Take ownership of strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and market evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define project goals and develop effective, tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of de-risking strategies that help clients adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and market shifts.
- Leverage data analytics, financial modeling, and market research to craft insights that inform client decision-making.
- Deliver high-impact materials-reports, slide decks, dashboards-that clearly communicate recommendations and findings.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget parameters.
- Support diverse client projects, including product launches, market access strategies, supply chain planning, and commercialization efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, offering strategic insights and actionable next steps.
- Stay current with industry regulations and trends to anticipate client needs and inform risk strategies.
What You Bring: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting or in a strategic capacity within life sciences or healthcare.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills-clear, concise, and confident in front of clients.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client success.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as needed.
Compensation: - $75 per hour on W2
- This is a contract to hire position with an expected contract period of about 6 months. Full time conversion may happen prior to 6 months. Full benefits are available during the contract period including health, dental, and vision.
