The Role

The Senior Brand Manager - Growth is responsible for driving product evolution by identifying new product opportunities, leading innovation pipelines from ideation to launch, and managing renovation initiatives across the portfolio. They leverage data, insights, and consumer trends to build a high-impact, consumer-obsessed innovation strategy - driving both near-term growth and long-term brand expansion. Success in this role is measured by the ability to launch winning products, unlock category growth, and drive incremental revenue while delivering projects on time, on budget, and on brand.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • New Product Development: Partner with R&D through the innovation process from consumer insight and concept validation through commercialization - including pricing strategy, packaging design, and marketing asset development.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally to support and shape a multi-year innovation roadmap for the Wholesale channel, ensuring alignment with Pressed's strategic priorities and growth objectives.
  • Data-Driven Discovery: Mine consumer research, category trends, and competitive analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, Retail, Digital, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and operational readiness.
  • Commercialization Excellence: Develop go-to-market launch plans and create sell-in materials to support Sales and Retail teams in securing distribution.
  • Manage Renovations: Oversee product updates, packaging refreshes, and portfolio optimization projects to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Clearly communicate innovation strategies, milestones, and KPIs to executive leadership, gaining buy-in throughout the development process.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor in-market performance of new products and post-launch learnings to refine future growth initiatives.
  • Work a schedule that aligns with business and performance needs.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in CPG, wellness, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market from concept to shelf.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) to drive decision-making.
  • Expertise in cross-functional project management and commercialization processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of consumer trends.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
