About the Role
As the Senior Brand Manager - Juices, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the visibility, market share, and profitability of our core juice products. You will own the brand's positioning, messaging, and overall wholesale marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our company goals and consumer needs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand performance and engage consumers effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop, evolve, and execute brand strategies for our core Juices segment that fuel awareness, engagement, and loyalty across our growing wholesale channel.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze consumer, category, and performance data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities/trends, and optimize wholesale initiatives to drive growth.
- Product Launches: Partner with Sales teams to create sell-in materials and presentations to support new distribution of items across channels. Collaborate & develop channel & customer strategy to enhance product offerings, launch new products and seasonal innovations while ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with consumer demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a connective tissue across Marketing, Digital, Retail, Operations, Creative, and Sales teams to drive consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Development: Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging a mix of paid, earned, owned, and retail marketing tactics to drive awareness and consumer engagement.
- Drive Local Activation: Work closely with Field Marketing teams to execute in-store demos, sampling events, pop-ups, and local collaborations that deliver measurable brand engagement and sales lift.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track brand health metrics, and continually refine strategies based on analytics and business outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage wholesale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Inspire and Mentor: Lead by example, empowering team members and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and passion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in brand management, ideally in CPG, wellness, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
- Track record of successfully leading brand strategy, campaign development, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of consumer trends.
