We are currently expanding our Brand Management team and are seeking a full-time Sr. Brand Manager/Account Supervisor to join our team. At The Working Assembly, members of the Brand Management team are responsible for managing projects, driving timelines, and cultivating strong working relationships across the internal and client teams alike.


Key Characteristics

  • 4-8 years of experience at a creative, digital, or social agency
  • Background in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, pharma, or wellness is highly valuable
  • Familiarity with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes and navigating compliance requirements is a major plus
  • Experience creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads
  • Comfortable working with social calendars and campaigns
  • Strong project and version control, especially in a highly regulated environment
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and producers to bring campaigns to life
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social and paid.
  • Demonstrate confidence, authority, and solid decision-making

Core responsibilities include:

Brand Stewardship:

  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand in terms of tone, visual identity, and messaging
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand and product lines
  • Serve as the go-to resource for internal teams on brand dos/don'ts, key messages, and approved language

Creative Development Support :

  • Set up documents based on key assets grids to brief creative teams on requirements for multi-channel campaigns
  • Review and provide feedback on concept, copy, and visual to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to refine work before client or MLR review

Regulatory Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with legal, regulatory, and medical review process (MLR)
  • Track and manage annotations and ISI across assets (in partnership with the Associate Brand Manager)
  • Ensure that version control and compliance documentation are accurately maintained
  • Ensure all work is reviewed by proofreaders and possess a great level of attention to detail l

Project Management & Execution

  • Own timelines and deliverables across workstreams, working in close partnership with the client SMO team
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all timelines can be adhered to and provide clear communication across parties should any deadlines be unachievable
  • Work within Workfront to shepherd the creative through rounds of internal and client review

Research & Insights

  • Stay current on competitor activity and industry trends in aesthetics
  • Surface relevant insights on social behavior and cultural trends

Presentation and Client Support

  • Assist in creating client-facing presentations and materials, and ensure those are uploaded on the client's required platforms (i.e., Workfront, Frame)
  • Lead client weekly status meetings and key campaign presentations, providing recap notes and next steps.

Tools:

Familiarity with the following tools is a plus: Dash Hudson, Slack, Workfront, Google Suite, Frame, and Notion



Summary of Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client products, portfolio, guideline and regulatory requirements (this role is within the pharma/beauty space)
  • Serve as the go-to resource for internal teams
  • Organize and lead multi-channel campaigns
  • Shepherd internal creative process and resources
  • Liaison with key client partnership to ensure clear communication
