Role Overview
A fast-growing wire tie systems company, supplying to end users in the recycling and waste sectors, is expanding its brand presence across North America following a recent acquisition by a global investment firm, with a 5-year plan for significant growth and capital investment.
As Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of regional brand visibility and engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, market intelligence, and executive leadership to promote the company at industry events and across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who's built brand strategies before, knows how to connect with B2B audiences, and thrives on autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at trade shows, sustainability forums, and industry events
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to shape content and messaging
- Promote the company across social and digital platforms with strategic intent
- Gather insights from the field to shape brand direction and campaign focus
- Work remotely with travel involved for trade shows (heavier in the first half of the year)
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in branding, marketing or B2B promotional roles
- Background in recycling, steel, manufacturing, or industrial supply
- Proven ability to work independently and drive brand growth from the ground up
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Must be based within 100 miles of Greensboro
- Fully authorized to work in the U.S.
