Role: Senior Billing Specialist
Location: Norwalk, CT
Hours: 9-6, M-F + OT (over-time is paid 1.5x and client offers additional incentives)

Manage complex billing issues, improve processes, and provide strategic advice using NetSuite and Salesforce expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve high-level billing issues and discrepancies
- Oversee revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Reconcile accounts and transactions across Salesforce and NetSuite
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proven experience as Sr. Billing or Revenue Specialist
- Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- NetSuite and Salesforce certifications
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with other accounting tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to interpret accounting standards
