As a member of the Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) team, you will be vital in shaping the future of our enterprise platforms and establishing tech solutions practices across the organization. Your contributions will help deliver capabilities that exemplify best practices in software engineering.
What You'll Do: - Work collaboratively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tech trends, engage with technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Partner with product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that enhance millions of users' financial empowerment journeys.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, along with various database technologies, container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and AWS tools.
- Support applications handling over 900 TPS, maintaining high performance and availability standards.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Java 8+, SpringBoot, and REST API development.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- 1+ years of experience with serverless programming (AWS Lambda or Azure Functions).
- 2+ years of experience working with infrastructure as code solutions (e.g., Terraform).
- 2+ years of experience with log aggregation tools (e.g., Splunk, ElasticSearch).
- 2+ years with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).
- 2+ years of experience with open-source frameworks like Apache Camel and Kafka.
- 2+ years of involvement in Agile practices.
