Key Responsibilities: - Become an in-house expert in developer experience utilizing Node.js and TypeScript, addressing their needs with innovative solutions and establishing best practices.
- Design, build, and enhance the platform's backbone through scalable services and Node.js-based tools, supporting our high-volume custody, wallet, and financial service offerings.
- Create and integrate essential libraries, frameworks, and user-friendly workflows that simplify the software development process.
- Introduce tools and processes that boost our engineering velocity, enhancing deployment pipelines, ensuring robust testing suites, and creating elegant service abstractions.
- Advocate for continuous improvement, investing in the reliability and resilience of our systems through innovation and ongoing learning.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to establish and maintain consistent standards for API design, platform performance, and the overall system architecture.
