Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support robust technological solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, engage with internal and external tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to manage their finances effectively.
- Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not qualify).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- 3+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

The full-time salary range for this role is as follows: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineers in McLean, VA, and $144,200 - $164,600 for those in Richmond, VA. Actual salary will be reflected in the candidate's offer letter depending on location.
This role qualifies for performance-based incentive compensation, including potential cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
