What You'll Be Doing: - Lead Development Efforts: Manage a diverse portfolio of technology projects alongside a talented team of developers, creating solutions that meet the evolving needs of our company and customers.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of technological trends, experiment with new tools, and actively participate in technology communities while mentoring fellow engineers.

- Utilize a Range of Technologies: Employ programming languages such as Python, Node, and Groovy, along with various AWS tools and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in languages like Python or Java
- 2+ years working within the AWS Ecosystem using tools such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, ELB, Route 53, S3, CloudWatch, Aurora, DynamoDB, RDS, and ElastiCache
- 4+ years with open-source frameworks
- 1+ years using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Boto3, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- 3+ years utilizing DevOps tools like Jenkins or Docker
- 2+ years engaging in Agile practices

The role is located in Plano, TX, with an annual salary ranging from $175,800 to $200,700 for the Lead Software Engineer position.
