What You'll Do: - Collaborate within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions using a variety of development tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring tech trends, learning new technologies, and engaging in mentoring within the engineering community.
- Work closely with digital product managers to craft robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
- Apply your skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, alongside utilizing Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- 1+ years of experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 3+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience following Agile methodologies.
This position is not eligible for employment authorization sponsorship. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below. Please note that actual salaries offered will vary based on the applicant's experience and location:
McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000
Plano, TX: $144,200 - $164,600
This role also offers performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
