What You'll Be Doing: - Lead diverse technology projects while managing a skilled team of developers, specializing in distributed microservices and full-stack systems, to create compliant solutions that meet our regulatory requirements.
- Stay at the cutting edge of technology trends, engage in community discussions, mentor fellow engineers, and occasionally contribute directly to code development and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to deliver solid cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their financial journeys.
- Apply your skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, and Scala, as well as experience with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Java, Scala, Python, or Golang.
- 3+ years working with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 1+ years of involvement in IDE development.
Location and Compensation: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, specifically for candidates in Plano, TX: $175,800 - $200,700. Note that salaries will vary by location, and the actual salary offered will be detailed in your offer letter. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
