What You'll Be Doing: - Lead diverse technology projects and manage a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full stack systems, focusing on solutions that address regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on tech trends, embrace new technologies, and engage with both internal and external tech communities. You'll have opportunities to mentor other engineers and, occasionally, contribute to coding or code evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with product managers to develop cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences and empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internships do not count).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience with a cloud service such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience in people management.
- 2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role varies by location, with a minimum of $211,000 and a maximum of $240,800 for positions in New York, NY.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses or long-term incentives.
