As a Senior Back End Software Engineer, you'll lead exciting technology projects and collaborate with a talented team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full stack systems. Your contributions will directly help us meet crucial regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do: - Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and mentor a team of developers.
- Stay engaged with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and share your knowledge within tech communities.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences.
- Work with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, and utilize open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Implement Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, along with various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in programming languages, including Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience in people management.
- 2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies.
