As an Automated Test Framework Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing robust automated testing solutions across multiple environments for a large enterprise system. Our agile teams follow the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology, ensuring high-quality deliverables through proactive collaboration and automation.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for software applications.
- Troubleshoot automated test failures and ensure reliability through debugging.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify requirements and implement testable solutions.
- Write and execute automated test scripts using various testing tools and frameworks.
- Maintain concise documentation and track issues effectively.
- Manage virtual machines and utilize CI/CD tools as part of the development process.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for education).
- Proven expertise in Java development, including unit testing.
- Experience with Spring libraries and development IDEs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and source control tools.
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems in a virtualized environment.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support quarterly planning sessions.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with integration test frameworks.
- Basic skills in Windows administration.
- Proficient in task automation using PowerShell.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems.
- Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe Agilest Certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
