As an Automated Test Framework Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing robust automated testing solutions across multiple environments for a large enterprise system. Our agile teams follow the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology, ensuring high-quality deliverables through proactive collaboration and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for software applications.
  • Troubleshoot automated test failures and ensure reliability through debugging.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify requirements and implement testable solutions.
  • Write and execute automated test scripts using various testing tools and frameworks.
  • Maintain concise documentation and track issues effectively.
  • Manage virtual machines and utilize CI/CD tools as part of the development process.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for education).
  • Proven expertise in Java development, including unit testing.
  • Experience with Spring libraries and development IDEs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and source control tools.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems in a virtualized environment.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support quarterly planning sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with integration test frameworks.
  • Basic skills in Windows administration.
  • Proficient in task automation using PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems.
  • Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe Agilest Certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
