Duties:
Manage and expand an independent caseload in litigation, employment law, transactional work, or financial services
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients across various industries
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative legal solutions
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations, as applicable
Maintain and grow client relationships while upholding the highest professional standards
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience
Existing book of business or active client base in at least one of the following areas: litigation, labor & employment, business transactions, or financial services
Demonstrated ability to manage legal matters independently and efficiently
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting
