Senior Associate or Counsel in Commercial Real Estate Leasing Join a premier law firm as a Senior Associate or Counsel in their dynamic and expanding Real Estate practice. We are looking for talented individuals to make a significant impact in our Boston, Connecticut, or New York offices.
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $185,000 to $230,000 annually, dependent on experience and other contributing factors.
Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience representing various entities such as companies, developers, franchisees, and investors in sophisticated real estate matters, focusing on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, with broad experience in acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
- Preferred experience in representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers, along with familiarity with asset acquisition and general corporate tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Must be a member of the state bar for the market where you are applying or have the ability to become barred in that state.
