We're looking for a
Senior Associate, Data Analyst to join our Data Integration & Engineering team. In this role, you'll turn raw data into insights that inform decision-making across AI-driven initiatives and core business functions. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver dashboards, models, and reports that drive clarity, alignment, and strategic action.
Your work will help surface key trends, identify opportunities for optimization, and evaluate the impact of AI-enabled solutions. You'll play a critical role in ensuring data is not only accurate and accessible, but also actionable, and supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
What you'll work on: - Analyzing data from multiple sources to support AI use cases, product development, and business operations.
- Creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track performance and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure consistent reporting across teams.
- Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify trends, test hypotheses, and evaluate business outcomes.
- Ensuring high data quality and support ongoing efforts in governance and documentation.
- Supporting the development of scalable analytics frameworks that can be reused across teams.
Requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets, preferably in financial services environments.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Benefits Compensation: The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
Position Location: This position will work out of the TWG office on a hybrid schedule in Santa Monica, CA. Consideration for a different working location will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
