Senior Associate, Client Service
Obermeyer Wealth Partners is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to support its financial advisors and clients. This person will play a significant role in elevating the Obermeyer client experience by communicating with clients, navigating our custodians' requirements, assisting with administrative tasks, and leveraging technology. We view this role as essential to our firm's and clients' success.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service; anticipate needs, answer questions, and offer simple solutions.
- Communicate using effective, clear, and professional verbal and written language with a service and solutions orientation; maintain strong follow-through with clients and team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships by identifying client needs and offering solutions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services to address complex client inquiries.
- Prepare financial custodian paperwork and submit requests with a high degree of accuracy.
- Leverage our technology platforms for internal efficiency and to deliver results promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize workflows across internal and external technology systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on client experiences.
- Collaborate on large projects, such as beneficiary reviews and required distributions.
- Support financial advisors with meeting preparation for existing and prospective clients.
- Adhere to industry requirements and client fiduciary responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of relevant experience (including internships) in wealth management, financial planning, or finance-related industries (other experience also considered).
- One or more year(s) of direct experience in client service at a financial advisory firm.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who can work effectively on a team and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, client relationship management, and financial custodial platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, Fidelity).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary + Bonus + Retirement Contribution: $70K-$95K
