Role Description
This is a can be full-time remote role, hybrid, or in person for a Senior Associate at Wave NNN. We have offices in Dallas, TX and Overland Park, KS. The Senior Associate will be responsible for procuring and managing clients, conducting market research, prospecting, marketing, analyzing investment opportunities, negotiating transactions, and providing strategic advisory services. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes for clients. To wrap the role up you will be in charge procuring your own business of providing professional brokerage services for owners of Single Tenant properties across the United States. The individual who takes on this role must be hungry to work very hard and consistently to produce results. The company is starting out under the guidance of Knox Capital (principal STNL owner and syndicator) which has provided the platform, information, existing robust databases, and capital. This individual if successful will have a direct path to be managing partner on a 2-3 year timeline, which means we are looking for someone who wants and deserves a very quick path to the top.
Salary & Compensation
- Senior Associate is a 100% commission position. WaveNNN provides above market splits for employees. Year 2 expectations and estimates would be $100,000 -$200,000. A draw will be available for the 1st 6 months of employment.
- Generally will have two built in listings at most times through parent company, Knox Capital
- Health Insurance to be provided
- Opportunities to Invest on the principal side
Qualifications
- 2+ years of brokerage experience (single tenant preferred)
- Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategy Development skills
- Real Estate Investment Analysis and Transaction Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management and Advisory Services experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
