We are excited to welcome a dedicated professional with an inclusive mindset to step into the role of Senior Assistant Store Manager - Customer Experience & Outreach.

As a determined and motivating leader, you will empower your sales team to provide the exceptional customer experience our brand is renowned for. With a keen awareness of the sales floor dynamics and a holistic view of store performance, you will help cultivate an optimistic atmosphere while managing customer resolutions effectively. As a mentor and coach, you will inspire your team to meet sales targets and consistently excel.

A typical day as a Senior Assistant Store Manager includes:
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to delegate responsibilities and oversee the execution of strategic plans throughout the store.
  • Partnering with the Store Manager to establish and convey important metrics, including sales, visual presentation, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
  • Coaching and developing all store associates, fostering professional growth and building a strong team of talent.
  • Promoting sales initiatives while serving as the Leader on Duty (LOD).
  • Collaborating with management and other Assistant Store Managers during seasonal planning and implementation.
  • Analyzing sales reports to translate data into actionable insights that drive KPI improvements.
  • Ensuring all customers receive gracious and efficient service while modeling a positive demeanor and enthusiasm. This extends to all internal and external communications.
  • Communicating regularly with the management team regarding sales, customer feedback, and team performance. Involvement in weekly store walk-throughs is essential.
  • Staying abreast of all store initiatives and sharing relevant information with associates as necessary.

We encourage you to apply if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail leadership.
  • A high school diploma/GED or equivalent, with an Associate degree preferred.
  • Full availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Minimum Starting Rate: $75,000.00 Annually

Up to: $95,000.00 Annually

Your salary may be adjusted upward to comply with state and local laws. Additionally, based on your role, you may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
