We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' UK-based experience working on residential projects
- Experience with Revit or AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of building regulations and M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards (favourable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Live within a commutable distance of Romsey, considering hybrid working arrangements
Responsibilities
- Preparing masterplans and drawings for submission
- Abiding by building regulations at all times
- Assisting and mentoring junior team members
- Working on residential and mixed-use projects
- Participating in presentations
