Responsibilities:
Leading projects across all RIBA stages, with particular emphasis on delivery and execution
Creating detailed design proposals and technical documentation
Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitoring timelines, deliverables and budgets throughout project lifecycles
Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to design critiques
The successful Senior Architect will have:
ARB registration
A portfolio that demonstrates both strong technical abilities and design flair
Extensive experience in project delivery, especially RIBA stages 3-5
Revit proficiency is essential and AutoCAD proficiency is beneficial
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A meticulous and proactive approach with a passion for high-quality architecture
