We are seeking a Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience in hospitality and new construction to lead projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio, has strong technical expertise, and is dedicated to delivering design excellence.

• In collaboration with the Principles, Lead the design and development of hospitality projects, ensuring creative vision and technical execution align seamlessly.
• Translate conceptual ideas into well-documented, buildable solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination to ensure efficient delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the growth of our studio's talent.
• Integrate sustainability and wellness-focused principles into design solutions.
• Manage client relationships, presenting design solutions with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with zoning codes, building regulations, and industry best practices.

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on hospitality and new construction.
• Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Expertise in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and hospitality industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining high design and technical standards.
