Responsibilities Senior Architect:
- Lead and manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages
- Develop and present design proposals using Revit and other design software
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Engage in client meetings and contribute to the development of strong client relationships
- Maintain high standards of design, technical detail, and compliance with building regulations
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect with significant experience in a UK-based practice
- Strong design portfolio
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations
