Our client is a Kent-based development firm with a dedicated team of 30 professionals, specializing in the construction of new housing projects. They are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join their busy team working on predominantly the early planning stages.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong experience in the housing sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external architectural practices.
- Must live near Maidstone and possess a car and valid driving licence.
