This position will work with cross functional teams for power MOSFET product definition, validation, promotion and trouble shooting. Must have knowledge of power electronics, Si device field, hands-on development experience in prototype built in DC/DC converter.
Job Responsibilities: - Specify key MOSFET parameters for DC/DC converter
- Validation the performance power device in DC/DC converter
- Gain customer and application knowledge and understand power MOSFET usage in end application
- Benchmarking of competitor's parts and writing promotion materials such as evaluation report, application notes)
- Evaluation board built up
- System simulation model built up
Qualifications: - M.S (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop design
- Lab skills in using Oscilloscope, function generators and test equipment
- Experience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Pspice/Ltspice
- Good communication skills
- Team player
