Location: Advance, NC or Tampa, FL This role is responsible for managing and supporting various technical systems across our retail and corporate environments, including mobile devices, point-of-sale systems, kiosks, printers, and enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities Mobile Device Management- iPad Administration
- Configure and manage iPad fleet through Microsoft Intune MDM
- Implement security policies and updates
- Monitor device compliance and usage
- Troubleshoot device issues remotely
Payment Systems- Cash Handling Machine Management
- Oversee inventory and maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate with Colton for repairs and updates
- Ensure PCI compliance
- Monitor system performance and uptime
Point of Sale Systems- OPOS/Options Support
- Provide technical support for OPOS implementations
- Configure and maintain POS options
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Implement updates and patches
- Kiosk Systems
Versatile Finance Kiosk- Administer kiosk software and hardware
- Monitor system performance
- Manage user access and security
- Provide technical support
Ashley Digital Kiosk- Oversee kiosk enrollment process
- Manage content updates
- Monitor system health
- Provide user support and training
- Print Services
- Lexmark Printer Management
- Administer MVE software platform
- Plan and execute firmware updates
- Manage service contracts
- Monitor printer fleet performance
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Enterprise Systems
HOMES Platform Support- Provide software support and troubleshooting
- Manage server infrastructure as licensee
- Support printer integration
- Maintain system documentation
D365 ECM Administration- Create and manage corporate user accounts
- Provide AG/D365 software support
- Monitor system performance
- Maintain security protocols
Required Qualifications Technical Experience- 3-5 years of IT support experience
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Current Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Intune
- Network administration
- Mobile device management
- Hardware troubleshooting
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
OR 5 years of equivalent practical experience
