Responsibilities:
• Acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of company products and their applications.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues via phone support or on-site visits as needed.
• Respond to product selection and quotation inquiries received by phone, email, or fax.
• Review quotations and order files to verify accuracy and address any discrepancies.
• Visit customer locations to provide application support or perform drive installations.
• Record daily activities in the field to maintain detailed documentation of customer site events.
• Plan, establish, and manage project timelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to application engineers.
• Expertise in technical products and their applications.
• Providing inside sales support to customers.
• Assisting field sales engineers.
• Delivering on-site troubleshooting, start-up support, and training.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives, including website content, sales literature, product instructions, new product development, and international market support.
• Managing and overseeing special projects and high-value orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required. BSME or BSEE preferred.
• 7 years of experience in the industrial experience.
• Experience in an electro-mechanical role is desired.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Knowledge of electric, utilities, steel, aluminum, water/wastewater, oil/gas and paper.
