Senior Appian Developer x2
Location: Bristol, Leicester or Plymouth + Hybrid working arrangements (two days per week in the office)
Compensation: £55,000 - £60,000

The Role
As a Senior Appian Developer, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical solutions for customers, working under the guidance of the Systems Development Manager.
Your responsibilities include working with new and existing software through requirements reviews, technical design, modeling, development, testing, and deployment. You will also contribute to the continual improvement of applications:
- Ensure software development aligns with IT quality standards, plans, and procedures.
- Implement software using good design and development practices.
- Perform unit testing to verify software meets requirements.
- Participate in workshops, reviews, and stand-ups to discuss project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for completed applications.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in software development, particularly with BPM applications like Appian.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and delivery approaches such as waterfall, iterative, and agile.
- Experience with development tools, IDEs, and source control.
- A disciplined and methodical approach to configuration management.
