Senior Analyst with Security Clearance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Centurum is actively searching for individuals with the following qualifications to support a USAF customer with need of an individual with DoD staff experience, whether in a military or civilian capacity, and at least a general understanding of security cooperation, international affairs, security assistance, and foreign military sales. A minimum of eight (8) years' experience with demonstrated effectiveness and success in the mission areas below: USAF LOA development, execution, and/or portfolio management and/or experience as HAF-level, SAF/IA, or equivalent Country Desk Officer Experience with the weapon systems or support systems identified in the TO Knowledge of: FMS case programming Security Cooperation programs Building Partner Capacity programs US DoD staff experience in a military or civilian capacity. Professional Military Education through the Intermediate Developmental (O 1 4) level. Knowledge and general understanding of USAF roles and missions. Knowledge and general understanding of security cooperation, international affairs, security assistance, foreign military sales to include the processes, legislation, and players. Knowledge and understanding of SAF/IA's role in USG and international security cooperation community. Demonstrated experience implementing DoD acquisition policies, laws, regulations, and guidance required to implement FMS LOAs. Familiarity with major USAF fighter and airlift aircraft and aircrew training and exercises, to include Red Flag, Green Flag, and Mobility Guardian scheduling. Familiarity with USAF fighter aircraft operations and maintenance support requirements. Thorough understanding of: DODI 1315.20, Military Department Foreign Area Officer Programs CJCSI 3126.01, Language and Regional Expertise Planning AFPD 16-1, International Affairs AFI 16-109, International Affairs Specialist Program USAF Global Partnership Strategy U.S. Export Control laws, regulations, and procedures DSCA Security Assessment Management Manual (SAMM) International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and US Government National Disclosure Policy (NDP) Industry and their relationship to the FMS process Demonstrated successful performance in FMS case development, programming, and implementation REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree with a desired emphasis in an International Affairs curriculum is required A minimum of (8) years of experience Travel Required: 25%
Work Location: Arlington, VA This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.
