Senior Analyst Specialist / Joint Training Exercise Evaluation P with Security Clearance

Background and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience No degree with at least 7 years financial execution experience (Not DTS) Required Experience: Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas: Financial execution of a spend plan Analysis of obligation plans vs obligations Monthly financial reporting Communications of budget materials to senior officials Financial programming for O&M and RDT&E Presentations to senior officials Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations Creating complex spreadsheets Creating PowerPoint presentations Researching payments Setting up conferences Clearance: Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance required Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen Position Expectations: Provide financial analysis and programmatic support under supervision of a program manager. Interpersonal/Communication Skills: Ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations, and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations.
