As a Sr Analyst Legal Entity Restructure/Separation here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and executing legal entity restructure and separation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and drive the successful completion of these projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's Corporate Strategic Business Group (SBG).

You will report directly to our Legal Entity Restructure/Separation Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of legal entity restructure and separation projects, which are critical for the growth and strategic objectives of Honeywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and execute legal entity restructure and separation projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Identify and mitigate risks associated with legal entity restructure and separation projects

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress
