The Role In this pivotal role, you will analyze existing and emerging business and technical processes, identifying system interfaces and dependencies while documenting process and system flows. Your collaboration with various teams-including business, LRC, marketing, and technology-will be essential in assessing systems and organizing work effectively. The Expertise and Skills You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analysis and product delivery.
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
- Proficiency in end-to-end process analysis and data presentation methods, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia.
- Analytical mindset capable of delving deeply into work at a granular level, including individual user stories.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities, effectively leveraging data while balancing intuition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the technical knowledge to influence and mobilize stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a flexible and adaptive approach.
- Willingness to engage with code for analysis and support.
- Understanding of technology and software architecture related to applications.
