We support public sector clients, including cities, counties, transportation agencies, and utilities, in developing and implementing programs and policies to achieve their climate goals. The senior analyst will support a wide variety of projects related to policy and program design, prioritization and phasing of projects, development of governance mechanisms, and funding and financing strategies.

The senior analyst will lead discrete technical tasks to support decision-making and design of climate action and/or adaptation policies and programs. These tasks may include developing and implementing quantitative analytical approaches; conducting data analysis, economic and financial modeling, literature reviews, and stakeholder interviews; and developing graphics and presentations to communicate key findings for both the client and the public. The position requires the ability to work closely with project managers to balance multiple projects and deadlines, delegate appropriate tasks to more junior staff, and communicate clearly with both clients and other teams outside of the Climate Advisory Services practice.
