DescriptionDrives innovation and insight from Alteryx, Cognos SCI, and/or other systems to support Supply Chain operations. Champions usage of tools within the team and across other departments to identify opportunities to reduce cost, generate efficiency, and identify ongoing areas of improvement. Manages projects, leads meetings, creates action plans, and implements changes. Proactively collaborates with Domestic/Import Transportation, Merchandising, DCs, Third Party Service Providers, Carriers, and other internal or external partners to support initiatives to drive down costs and improve efficiencies. 1. Drive strategic insight into the Supply Chain operations using Alteryx, Cognos SCI, and other systems/tools.2. Partner with various internal teams to develop and enhance scorecards to track costs, vendor/carrier performance, and highlight gaps or opportunities.3. Actively participate in and/or lead medium to large cross-functional initiatives/projects to improve supply chain visibility and capability.4. Develop agendas, collect background information, lead meetings, and develop clear action plans for execution.5. Assist with systems integration analysis and data validation.6. Coach other associates to build up analytical capabilities.7. Proactively recommend and establish best practices for ongoing data architecture. 8. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual insight for logistics and other company management.9. Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings for senior leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner.10. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial accruals.11. Recommend and implement process improvement and standardization opportunities within the team and across departments.Qualification1. Bachelor's Degree Required.2. 3 - 5 years working in a Transportation, Financial, or Analytics function required. 3. Two or more years' experience with Alteryx, Cognos SCI, and/or other data management/query building application(s) required. 4. Experience with MicroStrategy and Manhattan WMS/TMS preferred.5. Clear understanding of database logic and demonstrated query-building capabilities required.6. Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office, logistics applications, and systems required.7. Strong written/verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills required.8. Must demonstrate curiosity and ability ask questions to better understand root cause and challenge the status quo.9. May travel periodically to DCs, stores, vendor/carrier meetings and conferences.
