What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Technology Compliance at XPOAt a minimum, you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of IT and SOX audit experience
• Proactive, high-energy individual with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant detailed direction.
• Excellent communication skills and can collaborate well with peers and business users,
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
• Proficient in working on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and computer literate with an interest in learning new software programs.
• Proven interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees
• Process driven and detail-orientedPreferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of IT and SOX audit experience
• Skills and Traits: Leadership, Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Developing Budgets, Resource Planning, Team Motivation, Quality Management, and Problem Solving
• Experience supporting a compliance program with 3rd party audit (SOC1 / SOC2, ISO27000, CMMC, PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc.)

• Provide support for IT SOX, governance and compliance tasks as needed
• Conduct internal controls reviews, audit, and compliance engagements
• Provide consulting with internal operations for global security assessment processes
• Coordinate with IT leadership/others regarding key global risks and support plans
