Senior Analyst

Anticipated salary for the position: $55,000 - $75,000 per year; full-time. Responsibilities: Uncover new opportunities to optimize and grow our business through data-driven insights. Identify root causes to issues and growth opportunities and develop action plans to address those opportunities. Inform and influence business decisions through detailed data analysis. Provide support on a variety of activities such as reporting, content development, event planning, and project management. Partner with Retail Execution and Merchandising to increase in-store customer and Associate awareness. Partner with The Home Depots dotcom teams to increase online sales. Understand The Home Depots shoppers path to purchase and post-purchase experience (including claim filing and service), and then partnering with Customer Experience and other teams to deliver the best solutions. Develop and implement growth strategies and project manage initiatives to completion with both SquareTrades internal teams and various teams at The Home Depot. Project manage growth initiatives to completion internally. Manage and partner with internal stakeholders to drive growth initiatives forward. The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent. The position also requires three (3) years of professional work experience in job offered or financial, operations, or business analyst-related occupation. Professional and/or academic experience must include: Using data to drive business insights and decision-making. Experience with project management and leading and working effectively on cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in building dashboards on Tableau and PowerBI. Proficiency using CRM software like Salesforce. Experience with querying using SQL. Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis. Experience working with ERP software like Netsuite and SAP. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship and/or relocation are not available for this position.
