Position Overview The MCICOM G4 Senior Analyst will provide logistics support to the MCICOM G4 Directorate, which provides policy guidance, analytical support, and programmatic oversight for supply operations. Essential Job Function Support the MCICOM MCCS Branch with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform for the MCCS Program. Support the G4 Transportation Services (TS) Branch by establishing Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME) and non-tactical vehicle (NTV) management policies for the Marine Corps. This includes the procurement of non-tactical automotive passenger and cargo vehicles, engineering, and material handling equipment. Assist with managing the Garrison Transportation and Management program, which oversees personnel, maintenance, and operational functions for all commercial transportation activities aboard Marine Corps Installations and Marine Forces Reserves. Conduct research and collect appropriate supporting documentation from external agencies such as Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to complete multi-year fiscal transactions. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and technical onsite support to MCICOM G4, Food Service, in support of MCFMIS. Compile and consolidate all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports for MCICOM and assist with the upkeep of the OSHA 300 log for the headquarters. Minimum Qualifications At least ten (10) years of safety experience and at a minimum Bachelor's degree or at least (5) years of experience and a Master's degree. Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications Industrial Hygiene general knowledge, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Radiation Safety Officer, Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), OSHA Outreach Trainer, Ground Safety Manager Course (GSM), Mishap Investigator, and other professional safety qualifications.
