Working from our client's Cambridge office, the Senior RF Analog IC Design Engineer will join a team designing low power Bluetooth and WiFi radios. The role involves taking ownership of a block in the radio and guiding it through feasibility, design (including supporting layout), and into production. Examples of areas you might work on include PLLs, XO, receiver, transmitter, ADCs, DACs, and PMU.

We're looking for someone with:
- A BSc / MSc / PhD degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Proven industrial experience in analog IC / RF IC design, with experience in one or more of the following: ADC, DAC, PLL, VCO, PA, LNA, Mixer, Filter, crystal oscillator
- Experience in the wireless domain, such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
- A passion for developing advanced low power transceiver solutions through to production
- Excellent communication skills in English
