Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do:

• Build ML models for denial prediction, payer behavior analysis, A/R optimization
• Automate document processing using OCR + NLP (Textract, Tesseract, spaCy)
• Integrate ML into RCM tools and dashboards to boost reimbursement rates
• Collaborate with RCM and billing experts to streamline healthcare financial operations

Must-haves:

• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in American English is a plus, especially for communicating with native-speaking clients/customers/stakeholders.
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments is highly valued.
• 5+ years in healthcare/RCM-related ML/AI roles
• Python, SQL, and OCR/NLP experience
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, denial codes, claim statuses
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and payer systems
