Our client, a leader in environmental management, is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their team.
As a Senior Advisor, you will be part of the West Valley Site Management Program supporting critical decision-making initiatives. Job Title: Senior Advisor Location: Remote 5% travel maybe required Pay Range: $60-$75/HR What's the Job?
• Support the development of Phase 2 Alternatives to be considered in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement.
• Assist with analyzing recent groundwater sampling and trends across the West Valley Demonstration Project.
• Review the GoldSim model to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop briefing materials for senior levels of State Government that will drive decision-making at the site.
• Lead uncertainty analysis and model verification efforts within the West Valley Site Management Program. What's Needed?
• Advanced degree in nuclear and/or environmental engineering.
• Commensurate with over 10 years of experience working with and developing models in GoldSim.
• 10+ years of experience as a regulator on nuclear matters.
• Deep understanding of NRC regulations and guidance documents, specifically NUREG-1757.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. NRC regulations and guidance documents. What's in it for me?
