As a Senior Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and innovation. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and advanced analytics, you will specialize in turning data into actionable intelligence that propels businesses forward. In this senior role, you will lead and execute complex data science projects, develop advanced analytical models, and deliver impactful insights to drive business outcomes. You will report directly to our 1 and you'll work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by providing strategic recommendations based on data insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in data science methodologies. Your expertise and leadership in advanced data science will contribute to optimizing operational efficiency and improving decision-making within Honeywell Connected Enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and execute complex data science projects, applying advanced analytical models and methodologies to analyze complex data sets
• Develop and deliver impactful insights to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions
• Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from data
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the data science process
• Manage and prioritize multiple data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Provide thought leadership in the field of data science, driving innovation and continuous improvement in data science processes and methodologies
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and capabilities in data science
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making and driving business outcomes

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience and track record in data science, statistical modeling, or a related field
• Proven programming proficiency and 6+years of experience in Python, Pyspark, Pytorch and SQL
• Proven programming proficiency and 6+years of experience in cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks etc.)
• Proven programming proficiency and 6+years of experience on supervised and non supervised model development and deployment (Xgboost, CNN, RNN etc.)
• Proven programming proficiency and 3+years of experience in MLOPS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
• Experience in leading and coaching data science teams
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling
