Senior Admissions Analyst and Data Specialist
Swing Shift
Summary
Responsible for delivering data driven, actionable insights to help optimize admission performance. Additionally, the position will measure Campus and Advisor efficiencies through consistent data collection, encompassing lead channels, programmatic mix, shift mix, and other variables.
Will leverage software systems to measure all aspects of the enrollment funnel from a historical, current, and future modeling perspective. They will collaborate with our Corporate and Campus Admission Leaders, Marketing Team, and Digital Services to deliver analytically derived insights to optimize enrollment efficiency and maximize profitability.
Technical skill requirements for this role include strong data and technical skills, and will have a strong understanding of business and marketing performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Reporting liaison for corporate executive leadership and the admission's department
• Driver of campus level data driven opportunities for optimization
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the admissions reporting process including: historical and Budget and Start results by channel, program, shift, campus and Advisor level
• Review lead flow and lead contact rate, document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations for weekly departmental optimization.
• Evaluate and monitor current enrollment processing, document management, communication workflows, and enrollment procedures. Proactively streamline and improve admissions processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and leadership to ensure processes are structurally sound, provide ease of use, and are accurate.
• Encourage and coach towards standardization and common best practices across all admissions.
• Develop Job Aides and tools, breaking down complex terms and strategies into bite sized pieces
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

Data Analytics and Reporting
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy to optimize admissions outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret admissions data to generate actionable insights, trends, and reports for senior leadership and admissions staff.
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex information to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Technology and Systems Management
• Primary contact with Registrar and Anthology to update Enrollment Agreements, as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison with IT departments and vendors, ensuring proper integration, functionality, and maintenance of admissions systems.
• Provide training and support to admissions staff on new technology (i.e.: the electronic EA, CRM, document management platforms), system usage, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the admissions operations, leveraging data insights and industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, automation, and technology-driven solutions to streamline workflows and enhance the applicant experience.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in admissions operations, making recommendations for continuous improvement and compliance.
Team Leadership and Collaboration Duties
• Collaborate with admissions leadership and other stakeholders to align admissions operations with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in Campus President learning/comprehension of the systems and metrics.
• Initiate growth campaigns using statistics to improve shift and program optimization
• Partner with marketing on Open House reporting, lead budgets, and tracking
• Provide reports and information and routine advice, guidance and assistance to department heads using and or developing reporting and data gathering requirements, insights, and solutions including the application of policies, procedures, IT systems, and monitoring the performance of lead sources regarding the admissions process.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in higher education, data analytics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions operations, data analytics, or enrollment management.
• Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Velocify, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and student information systems (e.g., Anthology, Banner, PeopleSoft).
• Experience managing or integrating telephone and call center systems (e.g., Five9, NICE InContact, Ring Central).
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in higher education, data science, business, or related field.
• Experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
• Knowledge of current trends in higher education enrollment and digital marketing analytics.
