We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join the Student Services Operations team to support the work of the Inclusion and Disability Service, which provides advice and support to students requiring additional assistance to succeed in their studies.
About the role:
As part of a small team of administrators, you will:
- Provide professional reception and administrative support to the Inclusion and Disability Service, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Respond sensitively to enquiries, handling personal information in accordance with university procedures and data protection legislation.
- Manage student appointment bookings, ensuring timely scheduling.
- Use CRM systems to create and maintain accurate records.
This role focuses on coordinating financial processes for supporting disabled students, especially apprenticeship students, including maintaining financial records, raising orders, processing invoices following University procurement procedures, recording income and expenditure, and providing updates and reports to managers.
This is a student-facing role, primarily based on campus.
About you:
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. You will also:
- Have experience in reception and administration in a similar setting.
- Possess excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
- Handle enquiries and sensitive information confidentially.
- Manage financial processes, including orders, invoices, and expenditure recording.
- Work flexibly as part of a team and adapt to a changing environment.
