To provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the effective running of the FTB Core Team.

This includes managing administration systems, coordinating and delegating work, ensuring priority work targets are met, and supporting administrative functions for the service's effective operation.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will undertake a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to inbox management, booking patient appointments, attending meetings and recording accurate notes, and audio transcription of clinical letters, reports, and correspondence as required by the clinical team.

Act as a focal point of contact, responsible for disseminating information, messages, and inquiries for the team. Liaise with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals, staff within the Trust, GPs, social workers, service users, carers, and external agencies. Provide cover for colleagues on annual leave.

Qualifications
